Serena Smith has been assisting fortune 100 and 500 companies nationally in recruiting the top veteran talent transitioning out of active-duty service since 2006.

As the daughter of a U.S. Army Captain, she takes great pride in seeing our military service men and women find their next career home and hearing from her clients about the level of technical knowledge and organizational leadership they have brought into the organization.

In addition to this rewarding career, she enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, teaching Sunday school, working with Special Olympics athletes, running, playing soccer, scuba diving, and she is an avid snow skier.
