Originally from Wisconsin, Patrick attended Marquette University High School in Milwaukee and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2004, with a B.B.A. in Marketing & Sales.  Patrick worked in the flexible packaging industry for over fifteen years prior to transitioning to a recruiter specializing in sourcing and placing top Military talent.  Outside of work, Patrick lives an active lifestyle playing golf, soccer, mountain biking and swimming in the ocean.
