For Laura, this job is personal.  As a career Navy spouse, she understands first-hand the qualities that set our military candidates apart in corporate America.  After spending several years as a civilian in the acquisition field for both the Navy and Marine Corps, she shifted gears and entered a career in military recruiting in 2011. She is passionate about helping companies navigate the military recruiting process and offers a unique combination of both professional and personal insight when guiding a client toward a strategic hire.  The greatest reward for her is hearing the success stories from her companies and knowing she helped play a part in shaping someone’s post-military career.

Originally from Texas, the Navy has taken her all over the globe, and now she’s tallied too many moves to count.  She holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Florida State.  Laura is an avid runner, loves watersports, coffee, and exploring new places with her husband and two young children.
